Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deactivates members from the UniFi site during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Super Admin access to your UniFi site, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add UniFi Door Access in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Super Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In UniFi:
  • Log in to unifi.ui.com and open your site.
  • Select People from the left navigation bar.
  • Click New Admin.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address and select the site.
  • Set the role to Super Admin.
  • Confirm to send the invite.
The integration account must already have a UI Account at account.ui.com before the invitation can be accepted.
