Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from your Webflow Workspace during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin access to your Webflow Workspace, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Webflow in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Webflow:
- Open your Workspace settings and go to Team.
- Click Invite Members and enter the integration account’s email address.
- Set the role to Admin from the role dropdown.
- Click Send Invite.
The integration account requires the Admin role because only Workspace Owners and Admins can invite and remove members. Adding the integration account as Admin occupies a paid full seat on your Webflow plan.

The user was provisioned but I can't see them in Webflow
When AccessOwl provisions a user, Webflow sends them an invite email. The member only appears as an active user in your Workspace after they accept that invite. Until then, they show up as pending in your Team settings. If a provisioning request is marked complete in AccessOwl but the user is not yet visible, they haven’t accepted the invite yet.
