AccessOwl integrates with RingCentral to provision and deprovision user access in your RingCentral account.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl disables members from the RingCentral account during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Super Admin access to your RingCentral account, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add RingCentral in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Super Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In RingCentral:
  • Sign in to the Admin Portal at service.ringcentral.com.
  • Go to Users and click Add User.
  • Enter the integration account’s first name, last name, and email address.
  • Under setup options, select Send Invite.
  • Click Submit.
Once the integration account has accepted the invite and signed in, assign it the Super Admin role:
  • Go to Users > User List > Users with Extensions.
  • Click the integration account’s name.
  • Open the Settings & Permissions tab.
  • In the Roles section, click Edit.
  • Select Super Admin and click Save.
