Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deactivates members from the Dext practice during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Practice Admin access to your Dext practice, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Dext in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Practice Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Dext:
- Open your practice’s Team > Colleagues page.
- Click Add a colleague.
- Enter the integration account’s first name, last name, and email address, then click Next.
- Set the role to Practice Admin.
- Click Add to send the invitation.
