Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the Awesome Screenshot workspace during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Owner access to your Awesome Screenshot workspace, so you can invite the integration account and assign it the Admin role.
Setup
Add Awesome Screenshot in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Awesome Screenshot:
- Open your workspace and select Members.
- Click Invite members.
- Enter the integration account’s email address and click Send invitation.
- Once the integration account accepts the invite, assign it the Admin role from the Members settings.
The integration account needs the Admin role because only Admins can invite and remove members in an Awesome Screenshot workspace. Only the workspace Owner can assign the Admin role, so you must complete this step as the Owner.

When AccessOwl provisions a user, the integration account sends them an invitation email. The user only appears as an active member of your workspace after they accept that invitation. If a provisioning request shows as completed in AccessOwl but the user is not yet visible, they have not accepted the invite yet.
