Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deletes members from the CloudTalk account during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin access to your CloudTalk account, so you can add the integration account.
Setup
Add CloudTalk in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Add the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In CloudTalk:
- Open the Users section in your CloudTalk Dashboard.
- Click + Add User.
- Enter the integration account’s first name, last name, and email address.
- Open the Advanced Settings tab.
- Set the role to Admin.
- Click Save User.
