AccessOwl integrates with Chartbeat to provision and deprovision user access in your Chartbeat organization.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deactivates members from the Chartbeat organization during access revocations.

Prerequisites

Admin access to your Chartbeat organization, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Chartbeat in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Chartbeat:

Hover over your avatar in the top right corner and click Settings.
Select Users in the Admin menu on the left.
Click Invite User.
Choose the role Admin.
Enter the integration account’s email address.
Click Invite.
