Capabilities
Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes collaborators from your Wix site during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin (Co-Owner) access to your Wix site, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Wix in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Admin (Co-Owner)
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Wix:
- Open your site’s dashboard and go to Roles & Permissions.
- Click Invite Collaborators.
- Enter the integration account’s email address in the Emails field.
- Select the Admin (Co-Owner) role.
- Click Send Invites.
The integration account needs the Admin (Co-Owner) role because it is the only collaborator role that includes the permission to invite and remove other people on your site. Roles such as Website Manager and Website Designer do not have this permission.

The user was provisioned but I can't see them in Wix
The user was provisioned but I can't see them in Wix
When AccessOwl provisions a user, the integration account sends them a collaborator invite. The invite shows as PENDING in your Roles & Permissions page until the user accepts it. If a provisioning request shows as completed in AccessOwl but the user is not yet visible as an active collaborator in Wix, they have not accepted the invite yet.
