AccessOwl integrates with PandaDoc to provision and deprovision user access in your PandaDoc workspace.

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from the PandaDoc workspace during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your PandaDoc workspace, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add PandaDoc in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In PandaDoc:
  • Go to Settings > Team.
  • Click Invite users.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address.
  • Select Admin as the role.
  • Send the invite.
The integration account needs Admin because only Admins can add and remove members and change user roles in PandaDoc. Without Admin, the integration account cannot provision or deprovision users. Adding a new user may result in additional charges if you have no licenses available.

FAQ

When AccessOwl provisions a user, PandaDoc sends them an invitation email. The user appears in your workspace only after they accept the invite. If a provisioning request shows as completed in AccessOwl but the user is not yet visible in PandaDoc, they have not accepted the invite yet.
