AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from the Glassdoor Employer Center during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your Glassdoor Employer Center, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Glassdoor in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Glassdoor:
  • Open your Glassdoor Employer Center and go to Settings.
  • Select Manage Users.
  • Click Invite Co-Workers.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address.
  • Set the role to Admin.
  • Send the invite.
