Prerequisites

  • Team admin access to your Canva team, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Canva in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Team admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Canva:
  • Open your Canva team’s Settings and select People.
  • Click Invite members.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address.
  • Set the role to Team admin.
  • Send the invite.

FAQ

When AccessOwl provisions a user, Canva sends them an invite email. The user appears in your team’s People page as Pending until they accept the invite. If a provisioning request shows as completed in AccessOwl but the user is not yet visible, they haven’t accepted the invite yet.
