Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deactivates users in your GetAccept entity during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Administrator access to your GetAccept entity, so you can invite the integration account.
- An available GetAccept license for the integration account.
Setup

Add GetAccept in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Administrator
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In GetAccept:
- Open Settings in the top right corner and select Manage users.
- Click Invite User +.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Set the role to Administrator.
- Make sure Send Verification Email is toggled on and send the invite.
Only Administrators can add and remove users in GetAccept, which is why the integration account needs this role. Once active, the integration account occupies one GetAccept license.
