Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the DevCycle organization during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Owner access to your DevCycle organization, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add DevCycle in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Owner
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In DevCycle:
- Open your DevCycle organization’s Settings and go to the Team section.
- Click Add Team Member.
- Enter the integration account’s email address and send the invite.
- Once the integration account accepts the invite, click View Profile next to its name.
- Set the role to Owner.
DevCycle assigns all new members the default Member role on invite. You must promote the integration account to Owner after it accepts, so it can manage member roles and remove members.
