Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from the WorkOS organization during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your WorkOS organization, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add WorkOS in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In WorkOS:
  • Open the Users section of the WorkOS Dashboard.
  • Click the Invites tab.
  • Click Create invitation.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address and select your organization.
  • Set the role to Admin.
  • Send the invite.
