Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the Lusha account during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin access to your Lusha account, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Lusha in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Lusha:
- Go to Team Management in your dashboard.
- Click + Invite Members in the upper-right corner.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Assign the Admin role.
- Click Send invite.
The integration account needs Admin because only Admins can invite and remove members in Lusha.

The user was provisioned but I can't see them in Lusha
When AccessOwl provisions a user, Lusha sends them an invite email. The user appears in your Lusha account only after they accept the invitation. You can check pending invitations under Team Management > Invites. Lusha invitations expire after 7 days, so if the user has not accepted within that window, you will need to resend the invite from the same tab.
