AccessOwl integrates with Telleroo to provision and deprovision user access in your Telleroo account.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from the Telleroo account during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Administrator access to your Telleroo account, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Telleroo in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Administrator

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Telleroo:
  • Open Settings and navigate to Users.
  • Click Add new team member.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address along with a first name, last name, and phone number.
  • Set the role to Administrator.
  • Click Save.

FAQ

Telleroo only allows removing members who have not taken any actions in the account. If the user has been involved in any payments, Telleroo preserves their record for audit purposes and the remove action will not be available. In that case, contact Telleroo support to have the account deactivated so the user can no longer log in.
