Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deactivates members from the Terramate Cloud organization during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your Terramate Cloud organization, so you can invite the integration account and promote it to admin.

Setup

Add Terramate Cloud in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Terramate Cloud:
  • Open your organization’s Members page.
  • Click Invite Members.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address.
  • Click Invite teammates to send the invite.
  • Once the integration account has accepted the invite and appears as an active member, locate it in the members list and promote it to the admin role.
