Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deletes users from your CertCentral account during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Administrator access in CertCentral, so you can invite and approve the integration account.
Setup

Add DigiCert in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In CertCentral:
- In the main menu, go to Account > User Invitations.
- Select Invite new user.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Select Send invitation.

Approve the integration account as Administrator
Once the integration account accepts the invitation, its status changes to Needs administrator approval. In CertCentral:
- Go to Account > User Invitations.
- Locate the integration account and select Details.
- Under Role, select Administrator. Leave Restrict this user to specific divisions unselected.
- Select Approve.
The integration account needs the Administrator role because only Administrators can invite, approve, and delete users in CertCentral. It also needs access to all divisions, because deleting a user requires access to that user’s divisions.
