Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deactivates members from the Vitally organization during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your Vitally organization, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Vitally in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Vitally:
  • Open your Vitally Settings by clicking the account logo in the top left.
  • Navigate to Team Members and click Manage Team.
  • Invite the integration account’s email address.
  • Set the role to Admin.
  • Send the invite.
