Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deactivates members from the Rewardful account during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Account Owner access to your Rewardful account, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Rewardful in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Account Owner
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Rewardful:
- Open the Team management page from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
- Click Invite new users.
- Enter the integration account’s email address and send the invite.
- Once the integration account accepts the invite and appears as an active user, toggle on Account Owner next to its name.
Account Owner is the only role in Rewardful that can invite, manage, and deactivate other users. The toggle is only available after the invitation is accepted.
