AccessOwl integrates with Count to provision and deprovision user access in your Count workspace.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from the Count workspace during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Admin or Owner access to your Count workspace, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Count in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Count:
  • Open your Count workspace settings and go to the Members tab.
  • Invite the integration account via email.
  • Set the role to Admin.
  • Send the invite.
The integration account is invited as Admin so it can manage members and roles in the workspace. Both Owner and Admin are billable roles in Count - there is no non-billable admin option.
