AccessOwl removes members from the Doppler workplace during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Owner access to your Doppler workplace, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Doppler in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Owner

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Doppler:
  • Open the Team page in your Doppler workplace dashboard.
  • Send an invite to the integration account’s email address.
The integration account needs the Owner role because only Owners can add and remove members from a Doppler workplace. Admin-level users do not have permission to manage workplace membership.

FAQ

Doppler requires new members to accept their invite before they can access the workplace. When AccessOwl provisions a user, the integration account sends them an invite email containing a confirmation code. The user only appears as an active member after they complete that confirmation step. If a provisioning request shows as completed in AccessOwl but the user is not yet visible in Doppler, they have not accepted the invite yet.
