Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deactivates members from the Plecto organization during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Global Admin access to your Plecto organization, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Plecto in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Global Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Plecto:
- Go to Settings and click Employees.
- Click New employee.
- Enter the integration account’s first and last name.
- Check Give login access and enter the integration account’s email address.
- Set the permission profile to Global Admin.
- Click Save.
