AccessOwl removes members from the Jotform team during access revocations.

Prerequisites

Team Admin access to your Jotform team, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Jotform in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Team Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Jotform:

Open your Jotform team workspace.
Click Invite Members in the top-right corner.
Go to the Email tab.
Enter the integration account’s email address.
Open the Role dropdown and select Team Admin.
Click Invite Members to send the invitation.
