Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deactivates members from the Workleap Officevibe account during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Administrator access to your Workleap Officevibe account, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Workleap Officevibe in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Administrator

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Workleap Officevibe:
  • Open Settings, then go to Users.
  • Click Add users.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address.
  • Adjust the product access to set the role to Administrator.
  • Click Invite members to send the invite.
