Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deletes users from your Gorgias helpdesk during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Admin access to your Gorgias helpdesk, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Gorgias in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Gorgias:
- Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.
- Under Account, select Users.
- Click Create user in the top-right corner.
- Enter the integration account’s email address and set the role to Admin.
- Send the invite.
The integration account needs the Admin role because only admins can invite new users, change roles, and delete users in Gorgias.
