Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deletes members from your Wistia account during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Manager or Account Owner access to your Wistia account, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Wistia in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Manager
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Wistia:
- Open your account dropdown menu and go to Manage Team.
- Click Add users, then select Add by email.
- Enter the integration account’s email address and name.
- Set the role to Manager using the role dropdown.
- Click Save to send the activation email.
The integration account is invited as Manager so it can add users, change member roles, and delete users from the account, which AccessOwl uses to provision and deprovision access.
