AccessOwl integrates with SafeBase to provision and deprovision user access in your SafeBase organization.

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from your SafeBase organization during access revocations.

Prerequisites

Admin access to your SafeBase organization, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add SafeBase in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In SafeBase:

Open Settings and navigate to User Management.
Click Invite Member.
Enter the integration account’s email address.
Set the role to Admin.
Send the invite.
