Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deactivates members from the Ninety account during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Owner access to your Ninety account, so you can invite the integration account as a Coach.
Setup
Add Ninety in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Coach
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Ninety:
- Click Directory in the left navigation.
- Click Add teammate.
- Click the Role access dropdown and select Coach.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Click Add teammates.
The integration account is invited as Coach so it doesn’t consume a paid Ninety seat. The Coach role has full account-wide access to invite users, update roles, and deactivate members. Only users with the Owner role can assign the Coach role during the invite.
