Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes users from the Trustpilot Business account during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Administrator access to your Trustpilot Business account, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Trustpilot in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Administrator
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Trustpilot:
- Go to Settings > Business settings > Users.
- Invite a new user.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Select the Administrator role and set domain access to all domains.
- Send the invite.
The integration account needs the Administrator role with access to all domains so it can invite and remove users across all your Trustpilot business profiles. The User role does not have the permissions required to manage team members.

The user was provisioned but I can't see them in Trustpilot
When AccessOwl provisions a user, Trustpilot sends them an invite email. The user must accept that invite before they appear as an active member. If a provisioning request shows as completed in AccessOwl but the user is not yet visible, they have not accepted the invite yet.
