AccessOwl integrates with Lordicon to provision and deprovision user access in your Lordicon team.
The Lordicon integration requires the Lordicon Team PRO plan. The Free and PRO plans include only 1 seat, so you cannot invite the integration account on them. You can still add Lordicon to AccessOwl without the integration, and access requests go to the Application Admin to complete in Lordicon.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes team members from your Lordicon team during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • A Lordicon Team PRO plan.
  • Access to manage your Lordicon team, so you can invite the integration account.
  • An available seat for the integration account.

Add Lordicon in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account to your team

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address and the role it needs. In Lordicon, invite the integration account’s email address to your team and give it that role.
The integration account occupies one seat on your Team PRO plan, because Lordicon counts each team member as one seat.
