Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the Bitbucket workspace during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Workspace Admin access to your Bitbucket workspace, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Bitbucket in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Workspace Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Bitbucket:
- Open your Bitbucket workspace’s Settings by clicking the settings cog in the top navigation bar.
- Select Workspace settings.
- Under Access Management, click User groups.
- Click Add members.
- Enter the integration account’s email address.
- Select the Administrators group from the dropdown.
- Click Confirm.
