AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from your Wispr Flow team during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your Wispr Flow team, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Wispr Flow in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In the Wispr Flow admin portal:
  • Sign in at admin.wisprflow.ai.
  • Click Users in the left sidebar.
  • Click Add user in the top right.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address.
  • Set the role to Admin.
  • Click Send invite.
The integration account needs Admin because only Admins have access to the admin portal for user management. Members cannot manage other users.

FAQ

Wispr Flow counts pending invitations toward your billed seat total and any contractual seat cap. If you hit the cap, new provisioning requests fail until a seat frees up. Revoking a pending invite or removing a member frees the seat immediately. Newly invited users start a 14-day free trial and convert to a paid seat when the trial ends.
