Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deactivates users in Avoma during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your Avoma workspace, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Avoma in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Avoma:
  • Go to Settings > Members.
  • Click Invite New Member.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address and assign it the Admin role.
  • Send the invite.
The integration account needs the Admin role because only Admins can invite new members and deactivate users in Avoma.
