AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deletes company users in Remote during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Super Admin access to your Remote account, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Remote in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Super Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Remote, go to your company admin users settings, invite the integration account’s email address, and set the role to Super Admin.
The integration account needs the Super Admin role because only Super Admins and the Company Owner can invite new company admin users and delete them. Lower roles such as People Manager or Viewer do not have these permissions.
