Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl deletes users in WorkWeave during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Super Admin access to your WorkWeave account, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add WorkWeave in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Super Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In WorkWeave:
- Open the WorkWeave Admin Portal.
- Go to the Users section.
- Invite the integration account’s email address.
- Assign the Super Admin role.
- Send the invite.
The integration account needs the Super Admin role so it can delete users in WorkWeave during deprovisioning.

The user was provisioned but I can't see them in WorkWeave
When AccessOwl provisions a user, WorkWeave sends them an invite email. The user only appears as an active member in your WorkWeave account after they accept that invite and complete their account setup. If a provisioning request shows as completed in AccessOwl but the user is not yet visible in WorkWeave, they have not accepted the invite yet. Ask the user to check their inbox and spam folder for the invite email from WorkWeave.
