AccessOwl integrates with Devin to provision and deprovision user access in your Devin organization.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl removes members from the Devin organization during access revocations.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your Devin organization, so you can invite the integration account.

Setup

Add Devin in AccessOwl

Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.

Invite the integration account as Admin

AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Devin:
  • Go to Settings > Members.
  • Click Invite members.
  • Enter the integration account’s email address.
  • Set the role to Admin.
  • Click Send invites.
The integration account needs Admin because only Admins can invite new members, change roles, and remove members from the organization in Devin. Without Admin, the integration account cannot provision or deprovision users.
