Provisioning
AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.
Deprovisioning
AccessOwl removes members from the Dialpad office during access revocations.
Prerequisites
- Office Admin access to your Dialpad office, so you can invite the integration account.
Setup
Add Dialpad in AccessOwl
Either add a new application or open Applications and click the +-symbol, then continue.
Invite the integration account as Office Admin
AccessOwl shows you the integration account’s email address. In Dialpad:
- Open your Dialpad Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Office > Office Settings.
- In the Office Administrators section, enter the integration account’s email address in the + Add people from your team field and press enter.
Office Admins can access all office settings and manage users within their office, which is the minimum role AccessOwl needs to add and remove members on your behalf.
