AccessOwl integrates with Confluence to provision and deprovision user access, and to keep your list of Confluence users and their permissions in sync.

Capabilities

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deactivates users in Confluence during access revocations.

User Sync

AccessOwl periodically syncs a list of users along with their assigned roles/permissions.

Limitations

Only roles are synced. Groups are not synced.

Setup

The Confluence integration is configured at the Atlassian organization level. Follow the steps in the Atlassian overview to invite the integration account and assign the Organization admin role. Once that is done, Confluence is managed automatically.
