AccessOwl integrates with Jira Product Discovery to provision and deprovision user access, and to keep your list of Jira Product Discovery users and their permissions in sync.

Capabilities

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deactivates users in Jira Product Discovery during access revocations.

User Sync

AccessOwl periodically syncs a list of users along with their assigned roles/permissions.

Setup

The Jira Product Discovery integration is configured at the Atlassian organization level. Follow the steps in the Atlassian overview to invite the integration account and assign the Organization admin role. Once that is done, Jira Product Discovery is managed automatically.
