Structure Sync

AccessOwl periodically syncs the roles and groups of Jira Product Discovery.

Provisioning

AccessOwl creates user accounts with the specified roles/permissions during access requests.

Deprovisioning

AccessOwl deactivates users in Jira Product Discovery during access revocations.

User Sync

AccessOwl periodically syncs a list of users along with every role and group they hold.

Setup

The Jira Product Discovery integration is configured at the Atlassian organization level. Follow the steps in the Atlassian overview to connect the Atlassian API for user sync, then invite the integration account and assign the Organization admin role for provisioning. Once that is done, Jira Product Discovery is managed automatically.
